The North Face??

Postby ursosju25 » Thu, 13 Aug 2009 19:26:00 GMT

I was browsing careers sites today and came across that the North Face is hiring for their Monroe store.. I assume that would be an outlet store at the mall.

Me and the kickstart kid went up there the other day just to see what its all about. Really nice and plenty of openings for what ever kind of stores wish to move in.
Mark it zero, Dude.

There is a pretty good list of stores that are still coming and should be here by the Holiday Shopping Season.

I heard that the Grand Opening weekend was the best ever for a Chelsea Group outlet mall. Rock-on Monroe!

Super!!!!! I love the location, close enough time wise, but far enough away that we are unaffected by the traffic issues

Do you know that list? I just came across The North Face on their webpage. I wonder if Under Armour, Pottery Barn/William Sonoma will follow. I would also love a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory too.

well they finally smartened up and built near civilization......between two metros that are on the verge of merging....and the down economy, so people shopping for bargains.....should have had a great start with those aspects

I agree the mall needs some more variety. There is nothing there to lure me back. I'd enjoy Williams-Sonoma, Rocky Mt Chocolate, Nestle Cookies, Corningware, Pottery Barn, Lacoste, Disney, Old Navy, Levi's or LuckyBrand jeans, SAS shoes, and my favorite, Restoration Hardware. I've seen all these in other outlet malls.

I was surprised how small the food court was! The addition of an ice cream shop would be nice, maybe Ben & Jerry's or better yet, DQ/OrangeJulius (I love OJ smoothies). Auntie Anne's Pretzels was very good but China Max, um, not so much.

That rumored Bass Pro Outlet would be fun, too! :P
