unwanted grass

Postby ~H*B*G~ » Thu, 16 Jul 2009 10:01:44 GMT

I have a bed that's filled with sedum. Unfortunately grass has also decided to take root. Short of digging it ALL up, is there anything I can do to get rid of the grass without killing the sedum?

I know of no way to spray that close! Wet the ground real deep with about three good waterings spread over about 10-15 minutes. pull the weeds around the sedum. Spraying close to plants is a very risky proposition. I have a Blueblood patton pending invention called a calateral damage restrictor, which can be made with a downey bottle cap drilled U/S to tightly fit your sprayer nozzle. Put over the end of spray nozzle to keep a radical side spray/splattering from getting on what is not intended and attack with a good weed and grass killer. (agent orange)
