Glad's bloomed AGAIN!!!

Postby HRHPatey » Fri, 06 Nov 2009 16:45:43 GMT

I do have to say, shock of all shocks, one of my Glads bloomed again   Sadly it's sat next to an almost 'deceased' one - how bizarre !!

I read that I should remove the stems and dig up the bulbs for replanting next spring... anyone have any thoughts on that ??

If you bought it at one of the local stores, then you should dig it up. There are some catalog order ones that are called Hardy Glads, that do not need dug up each year. From my experience, these do not get as tall. But then you don't have to locate and dig them up.
