I find it rather disturbing that a 26 year old would 'choose' to have a relationship (not defining relationship at this point) with a 13 year old. Whilst thankful that she was found and safe, it seams that something is amiss locating her in a Hotel.

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -

UPDATE: The mother of missing 13-year-old Alison Sizemore says her daughter has been found.

Fay Sizemore, Alison's mother, says her daughter was found in a hotel in Sharonville with Adam Kendel, 26.

Sharonville Police confirm that Alison has been found, but aren't releasing anymore information.

Charges against Kendel are pending.

PREVIOUSLY:

Police are looking for a missing 13-year-old girl who may be with a 26-year-old man in Hamilton.

Alison Sizemore, 13, was reported missing after she did not return home from a school dance on Friday. Witnesses tell police that she never attended the school event at all.

Officials believe that Alison may be with 26-year-old Adam Kendel. The pair may have been staying at the Cove Motel in the 2800 block of Dixie Highway in Hamilton. They may also be in the Shuler Avenue area of Hamilton.

Alison is described as a white female who stands at 5 feet two inches and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Adam Kendel is described as a white male who stands 6 feet tall and weighs 155 pounds. He has red hair and brown eyes.

Update 8/15/09 WKRC

A Hamilton County judge today set a high bond for a 26 year old Hamilton man found with a missing 13 year old girl. Adam Kendel was arraigned this morning and is now held on $1.5 million bond.

Sharonville Police are charging Kendel with one felony charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Kendel was found with a 13 year old girl Monday morning at the Sharon Villa Motel on Lebanon Road. Police began looking for the girl on Friday night after failed to return to her Hamilton home following a school dance.

The girl is back in the custody of her parents. More charges expected to be filed against Kendel by Hamilton Police.
