Crews on the scene of a semi-truck crash along I-75 and Monroe. Emergency crews in Monroe managed to rescue two people who were trapped in the cab of semi-truck after a crash this morning.
The driver went off I-75 south near the Kyles Station Road overpass. The semi is in a wooded area about 100 yards off the interstate. Crews had to clear brush to get to the truck.
One person who was inside the semi is on the way to the hospital. It appears the other person was not hurt. Their names have not been released.
