I was looking at my mail today and saw the new line-up for TW. Apparently we no longer will recieve Cincinanti HD stations and we will not get the cincinnati weather stations. This is annoying because I work in Cincinnati. And Dayton stations don't always carry Cinci sports. Also I like the weather stations.

The girl I spoke with doesn't understand why this is happening. She has spoke with an immediate supervisor, who again, doesn't understand this. They are to call me back later this afternoon so they can speak to someone who can actually "do" something for us.
OMG!!! I received the line up but didn't read it! *Duh!* That is awful, why take away our local channels??? Please post if you hear anything more on this C&C - Going to get DH on it

I was told that we need to go to our nearest office (Middletown, by Sonic) WITH PAMPHLET IN HAND...the office that I was connected to has no idea what's going on, and does not have a pamphlet to look at.
I attempted to get to the bottom of this from TW. They were not able to help me. They directed me to this website (which I had used to contact them but hey) http://www.twcinci.com/printyourlineup/ ... ineup.aspx is supposed to provide you with the information but does not work, at least for me. I tried to get them to tell me what service area I was in and they couldn't tell me. Maybe someone else will have better luck.

This didn't work for me with the Chrome browser but it did with IE. Problem is, when it brings up my new line-up, it gives me the option of Cincinnati or Dayton! Either way, it does not list local stations.
When I talked to TWC last night the woman I spoke to said she didn't think anything would change, but if it does, call them back on the 25th.
