LOL - I haven't looked real hard but am curious where watchdog Transparency International is located and who gets to make such determinations..... I adore reading summaries from groups only to find out that they are somewhat corrupt/ influenced themselves.... however, for your viewing pleasure ...

The world's ten most corrupt countries:

I'm curious as to what determines the standings. Is it by the number of corupt officials, the percentage of corrupt officials, the corruptness per capita, or the severity of corruptness? :shock:

Good to know the USA and the UK fall somewhere in-between. Perhaps not too corrupt, yet just corrupt enough. :twisted:
