Rumpke announces holiday pickup schedule

Rumpke waste removal and recycling services will not run on Christmas Day, Thursday, Dec. 25, or New Year's Day, Thursday, Jan. 1. Collection will be delayed one day during the weeks of the holidays.

Week of Christmas

Rumpke will provide service as scheduled on Wednesday, Dec. 24, but there will be no collection on Thursday, Dec. 25. Customers with regularly scheduled Thursday pickup should place their trash at the curb for Friday pickup. Customers with regularly scheduled Friday pickup will have their trash collected Saturday.

Week of New Year's Day

Rumpke will provide service as scheduled on Wednesday, Dec. 31, but there will be no collection on Thursday, Jan. 1. Customers with regularly scheduled Thursday pickup should place their trash at the curb for Friday pickup. Customers with regularly scheduled Friday pickup will have their trash collected Saturday.
