I found this to be so incredibly shocking!!! I am thankful to the witness who had the thought to follow and aid in the arrest of this shameful individual.

WLWT Report:
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- A Highland Heights man was killed late Friday when his motorcycle was struck by another vehicle.
Kentucky State Police said Michael Sams, 35, rear-ended a Yamaha motorcycle with his sport utility vehicle near mile marker 16 on Interstate 65 just after 10 p.m.
Troopers said Charles Shrive, 63, was thrown from the bike and then run over by Sams, who left the scene without stopping.
Sams was followed by witnesses and later caught by troopers.
He's been charged with second-degree manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident and aggravated DUI.
