The expedition of this vaccination is what unnerves me the most. One week we need two shots, next week we can get a nasal spray , week later it's something else. Each person must evaluate for themselves and seek the opinion of their GP's (if they so choose)

WASHINGTON (ABC) -- More than seven-million doses of the swine flu vaccine are ready to go Monday as the largest flu prevention program in U.S. history gets underway.
Health care workers in Indianapolis and Memphis will be among the first to get vaccinated.
The flu season has started and medical professionals say Americans need to be vaccinated now more than ever.
"This is clearly the most ambitious influenza vaccination program ever mounted in the United States or anywhere in the world. The number of doses of vaccine. The quickness with which the vaccine has been produced," said Dr. William Schaffner,Vanderbilt School of Medicine.
This week doctors will receive 600-thousand tubes of nasal spray vaccine and six-million doses of injectible vaccine. And another 40 to 50 million vaccine doses should be ready the following week.
But many Americans aren't so sure about whether they'll get the H1N1 vaccine. A recent survey finds that about 6 in 10 adults are not certain they'll get vaccinated. And about 4 in 10 parents are not certain they'll get their children vaccinated.
Right now, the priority list includes:
--pregnant women
--health care workers
--young people, 6 months to 24 years
--people with chronic health conditions, such as asthma, obesity and diabetes
Doctors say pregnant women in particular are vulnerable. A hundred have been sent to the intensive care unit, and 28 have died, due to swine flu.
