MONROE — The Butler County Sheriff’s Office bomb unit assisted Monroe firefighters Wednesday, July 15, cleaning up the remains of a rolling meth lab, according to Monroe Assistant Fire Chief John Centers.
Bottles, tubes and filters, commonly used in the manufacture of crystal methamphetamine, were found about 9:30 a.m. dumped on the side of the road at Oxford State Road and Ohio 4.
Deputies collected the items and disposed of them safely, Centers said.
This is no indication at this time who dumped the times or where they came from, according to authorities.
