Years ago I purchased a set of Encyclopedias and dictionaries from this Company. I will say that they were superb, my Children have used them as reference material for years. However, after spending approx $300 on these books, SW took it upon themselves to start sending additional books and billing me for them.
After many, many hours of phone conversations, they attempted to tell me that on the 'contract' (there was NO such thing) I had agreed to receive additional books. I had kept all receipts and information and duly told them as much, at no point had I signed up for additional material..... they suggested that I incur the cost of returning
I neither returned the books nor did I pay any further monies to this company 
Please be aware should they come to your door - for the most part they are students and have a hard sell mentality.... From personal experience, I would not purchase from them again, not because the products are not super, but because of the situation I just described!!
