In such a financial climate, I know that many are facing serious issues with their credit and ability to function (financially) within their daily undertakings.
Hopefully no-one is facing foreclosure or credit issues, however if these are concerns you (or someone you know) have.. please know that there are guidelines for debtors to collect on past due bills.
