Ingredients:
- Desired number of hard boiled eggs
A couple Tablespoons of mayonnaise (Not Mircale Whip)
About a Tablespoon of prepared mustard
Paprika (optional for garnish)
Cooking Directions:
Slice the eggs in half down the long side of the egg.
Scoop out the yolk from each side into a bowl. Mash the yolk until it's the texture of a fine crumble. Add mayonnaise and mustard to desired texture. Spoon back into the whites of the eggs. Sprinkle with Paprika.
Chef's Notes:
These are so simple. Pennsylvania Dutch recipes tend to be bland but I like them.
