Nasagori
The easiest recipe - yet very, very tasty !!

Ingredients:
    Pork roast (approx 3 - 4 lbs)
Pilaf Rice x 2 (boxes - store bought)
    Seasonings to taste
    Chicken stock (if you desire)

Preparation:
Cook your pork roast - I prefer to slow cook it - a day in the crock pot :-)
I buy store (rice a roni) pilaf rice - prepare according to directions.

Cooking Directions:
This is the ease of it all !! After the pork roast is cooked, let it cool slightly. With a fork separate into pieces, not too awful small, just let the fork do the work! Add the pork to your rice pilaf (about 5 -6 minutes before it's completely cooked) Add the seasonings that you like (personally, I only add a little pepper) ..... when the rice is done, so is your dish ... (If you feel that the rice/pork combo looks a little dry, add chicken stock and let it cook down a little - this is not a necessary step, but if you want to, you can ;-) - OR use the juices left from the roast .... either or works and does nothing but add additional flavor!)

Chef's Notes:
This is such an easy dish to make .... has great flavor and is a hit in my Home. As you can see, I use store bought rice pilaf, but that is for ease. This can also be made with leftover roast, savory rice and the veggies that you like. I make it this way and have all my veggies on the side - Give it a whirl - fabo!!
