I left it out of replies because people like to comment on recipes and such, usually not requiring a template of any sort. Multirecipe threads are a minority, so it doesn't really matter. If you must use it though, copy the template into your reply.

Im a low carber most of the time,I find that a great snack is taking pieces of pepperoni and placing them on a paper plate,putting them in the microwave for aprox.50 seconds and they turn crisp.

I call them pepperoni crisps.

Their awsome ,give them a try

Amazing Taco Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
Its Really easy. One head of lettuce. Ground Round/Chuck. Pack of shreaded Cheese(taco blend). Pack of Taco seasoning. (Use the homemade taco seasoning - Excellent!)

Directions:
Brown the meat.
Add Taco Seasoning.
Pull a piece of Lettuce from stem as not to tear it.
Place seasoned meat and cheese in the middle.
Wrap and enjoy.
You may add taco sauce, salsa, or any other extra you desire.

Bacon Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts (bone-in or boneless)with skin
2 large fresh mushrooms sliced
4 slices regular bacon
garlic salt to taste
Gravy:
1/2 C. Heavy Cream
2 tsp. of chicken gravy mix

Directions:

sprinkle garlic salt all over both sideslayer slices of fresh mushrooms on top of both breaststhen lay slices of bacon on top of the chicken breasts and mushrooms.Add a little waterBake @ 350 degrees for 1 hr.Place chicken breast under high broiler for few minutes to singe the fat dark brown.

Gravy1/2 C. heavy cream
take the bacon & mushrooms from your baked chicken and some of the juices and add to the heavy cream.Remove the browned fat from the chicken breast and add to the heavy cream for color.
add 2 tsp. of chicken gravy mix(if desired)simmer until bubbly and serve over your chicken breast.

Another snack we like is pepperoni with chive & onion cream cheese spread on them. you can make little pepperoni sandwiches.

Pumpkin cheesecake
3 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
3 Tbsp. brown sugar Splenda
1/2 tsp. each maple extract and vanilla extract, and rum (if desired)
2 cups canned pumpkin
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Blend all ingredients in blender until well mixed. Pour into 9-inch pie plate that has been sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Chill for two hours before serving.
