We have toad in the hole in England which is sausages laid in a roasting tin then the yorkshire pudding batter poured over a baked(see previous receipe)
Another ideais chopped toad, that's lamb chops laid in the roasting tin and baked for one hour then drained then add the batter mix it's great to add a twist add a little mint sauce to the batter, a great Sunday launch meal or a comforting meal on a cold winter's night with crisp veg and a creamy mash.
