Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter (I buy lightly salted)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1tsp garlic powder
2/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan or Parmesan/Romano mix
Salt, pepper and a dash of cayenne pepper
Cooking Directions:
Melt butter, stir in cream. Season with salt and peppers. Simmer 20-30 minutes until thick. Remove from heat. Add cheese.
Chef's Notes:
Serve over hot fetticine noodles. Include a salad and fresh bread. Makes 2 servings. Cheaper than Olive Garden!
