Planning commission news

Postby Bob Kelley » Mon, 11 Feb 2008 09:36:53 GMT

The Chelsea group has pulled their building permits and construction is set to start in the coming weeks.

Many projects have been promised on the property to the east of interstate 75 and now it's finally happening. This project is expected to bring thousands of jobs and workers to the area with over a thousand as the final permanent number.

All the plans including street, and construction plans can be viewed Here

Bob,

Ditto.

Bob,

For the record, I find this information very helpful. For me, Bob Kelley is synonymous with "help". Now whether it's giving help, getting help, or needs help, I'm just not sure...

I had the plans for what they were supposed to do at the old high school. Does anyone still have this, and is this something they are supposed to still do?

TIA

I will see if I can dig them up. Given the schools position financially right now I'm not sure where they would stand in the process.

Thanks Bob, I appreciate it. I have a friend here in Monroe I was talking to about these and would like to show her/him, what is planned. Even if it isn't going to happen for awhile.
