I picked it up on Cin-Day at EDIT: Not Sutherlin, but Summerlin/Linn, where it trotted right into traffic.

EDIT: Three different people called about the dog. Sheesh. Try do do a good deed...
Moral of the story- collar your pet with some form of contact info. Or get it chipped. Otherwise it may well end up at the pound.
